Cassidy Brady Cantin is a strategic business development and program management leader with over 15 years of experience in the life sciences and government sectors. As Associate Partner of Government Services at Sia/LBG, she guides clients through the full lifecycle of non-dilutive funding, from opportunity identification and proposal development to program execution and contract compliance. Her teams have helped clients secure over $3.25 billion in government funding across medical countermeasures, warfighter readiness, and pandemic response programs.
A skilled relationship builder and alliance manager, Cassidy brings deep cross-sector expertise spanning federal agencies, commercial life sciences companies, and industry consortia. She currently serves as Chair of the Executive Committee of the Medical CBRN Defense Consortium (MCDC), bringing direct insight into consortium governance, stakeholder alignment, and mission-driven program strategy. Her vision for MCDC is to not only drives innovation through MCM product development, but also a platform where members can have honest conversations about their challenges and where government and industry can work through problems together.
Cassidy’s governance experience extends beyond MCDC. She served as National President and Board Chair of Women in Bio (WIB), an organization committed to promoting careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship for women in the life sciences, and currently serves as President of Events and Programming for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Pacific Region Council.
